Roger Williams University to Host Open House Events for Undergraduate and Graduate Programs
BRISTOL, RI (11/12/2010)(readMedia)-- Roger Williams University will host upcoming Open House events for prospective undergraduates on Sunday, Nov. 14, and for prospective graduate students on Wednesday, Dec. 1. Each will offer attendees the opportunity to explore the University's academic programs and learn about admissions requirements, financial aid, athletics, student activities and more.
The Nov. 14 Open House from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. will feature panel presentations on each of RWU's six undergraduate schools and offer prospective students the opportunity to speak with faculty members about the University's 41 majors. Attendees can also explore the campus via guided tours, which include stops at new facilities such as the Global Heritage Hall and the Alumni & Admissions Center. A lunch with current students will be offered in the Campus Recreation Center.
On Dec. 1 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., prospective graduate students can learn about eight of the University's graduate degrees, including master's programs in architecture, historic preservation and forensic psychology. The University's new master of science in leadership will be featured in a separate event on the Providence campus at a later date.
