SUNY Delhi Celebrates International Workers Day with Woody Guthrie Tribute

DELHI, NY (04/25/2014)(readMedia)-- In celebration of International Workers Day, SUNY Delhi will present writer-performer Randy Noojin in a one-man show that brings to life the spirit, stories and songs of Woody Guthrie Thursday, May 1, at 12:30 in The Okun Theatre.

Commune for an hour with the spirit, stories, songs and artworks of America's great poet-of-the-people and saint-of-the-working-man in Randy Noojin's critically acclaimed multi-media solo show, Hard Travelin' with Woody. Noojin will create an intimate visit that is a fast-rattler through the Dustbowl, bringing to life the vast writings of Woody Guthrie.

The presentation is free and open to the public and is sponsored by SUNY Delhi's UUP Chapter and CSEA Local 638.
