SUNY Delhi Hosts Site Review for Associate Degree Nursing Program
DELHI, NY (10/01/2011)(readMedia)-- SUNY Delhi has announced that it will host a site review for continuing accreditation of its associate degree nursing program by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC).
The public is invited to meet the visiting team and share comments about the program in person at a meeting scheduled for Wednesday, October 26, from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Bush Hall, Room 131, on the SUNY Delhi campus.
Written comments are also welcome and should be submitted directly to:

All written comments should arrive at NLNAC by October 19, 2011.
The National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC) is responsible for the specialized accreditation of nursing education programs (clinical doctorate, master's degree, baccalaureate degree, associate's degree, diploma, and practical nursing program). The Commission has authority and accountability for carrying out the responsibilities inherent in the application of standards and criteria, accreditation processes, and the affairs, management, policy-making, and general administration of the NLNAC. The NLNAC is nationally recognized as a specialized accrediting agency for both post-secondary and higher degree programs in nursing education. NLNAC accredits all types of post-secondary and higher degree nursing education programs.
