SUNY Potsdam College Council to Meet Oct. 9
College Council Holds First Meeting of 2015-16 Academic Year
POTSDAM, NY (10/05/2015)(readMedia)-- The SUNY Potsdam College Council will hold its first meeting of the 2015-16 academic year on Friday, Oct. 9 at 10 a.m. in the Raymond Hall seventh floor boardroom. This meeting is open to the public.
College Council Chair June O'Neill will open the meeting, followed by a report from President Kristin G. Esterberg. Members of the President's Council will offer updates on enrollment, fundraising and the budget. There will also be a student presentation from Paul Halley '16, discussing his internship experience researching college history for the bicentennial. Assistant Professor of Archaeology Dr. Timothy Messner will offer a faculty presentation on his research with students.
There are two action items at this meeting, including changes to the Student Code of Rights and Responsibilities, and a resolution naming the Bicentennial Plaza.
