When: October 31st. From 2 to 5

Where: Albany Police Headquarters on Henry Johnson Blvd. Across from City Mission.

Who: Pastor Charlie Victory Church and District Attorney David Soares some of Albany Police Beat Cops Will be helping.

1000 bags filled with candy and very safe sites will make this Halloween a safe night out for everyone.
