ALBANY, NY (12/24/2011)(readMedia)-- Pastor Charlie Muller, Victory Christian Church and Community members will help to bring Christmas to 35 girls currently housed at the Saint Anne's Institute in Albany. Each girl will receive 16 individually wrapped gifts from volunteers and will get to spend Christmas enjoying the season.
"We will be handing out over $5,000 worth of gifts to girls who most likely would receive nothing," said Pastor Charlie. "We want these girls to know that there are people out there who love them and want to share Christmas with them. They need to know that life is good and that people do care."
Pastor Charlie will be handing out the gifts from 8:15 to 9:15 pm on Christmas Eve at St Annes located at 160 North Main Ave in Albany.
Following the Saint Anne's Christmas, Pastor Charlie and others from the Community will be boarding the Enough Anti-Violence Trolley which will be filled with Christmas presents and canvas the City handing out presents to children. The Trolley will be leaving at 9:45 pm from the JC Club located at 63 Quail street.
