The ASGA profiles outstanding student body presidents and reveals their goals, accomplishments, strengths, and even weaknesses. Tom is the third SGA President to be featured on their website.
In his profile, Tom offers this advice: "Never Give Up: If you, an emerging student leader, have an idea or a vision, never stop trying to reach it. There may be many roadblocks in your way, but don't let that discourage you. Always welcome adversity."
One of his latest projects is organizing an event on campus with Maja Kazazic, the 2011 Saint Francis University distinguished alumni. Maja survived a devastating mortar attack at age 16. Today she is a successful entrepreneur and certified amputee peer counselor who uses her experience to help others deal with devastating injuries.
