STANDISH, ME (10/18/2011)(readMedia)-- Monica Messina of Bradford, Mass., was recently inducted as a member of the Delta Epsilon Sigma National Honor Society at Saint Joseph's College of Maine. A senior nursing major, she is a member of the Student Nurses Association and has volunteered at Camp Sunshine, Preble Street Resource Center, and children's organizations including the Real School, The Boys and Girls Club, and Lake Shore Park in New Hampshire. She also participated in breast cancer awareness walks.
Saint Joseph's College of Maine is a liberal arts college located on Sebago Lake in Standish, Maine. The college, founded by the Sisters of Mercy in 1912, serves an undergraduate enrollment of 1,000 students and offers 40 academic programs on campus.
