Saints Visit New Orleans for 2026 Social Justice Trip
Emmanuel students learned about history and gained deeper perspective on the present, through the 5th Annual Social Justice Trip to New Orleans in March.
New Orleans was the destination for 18 students who participated in the 2026 Social Justice Trip. Organized through the Office of Community Engagement, the journey featured stops at civil rights museums, historic landmarks, and learning from pioneers both past and present.
The Office of Community Engagement is deeply rooted in the Catholic identity and mission of Emmanuel College. Its commitment to community and social responsibility is reflected in programming and initiatives aimed at strengthening relationships and fostering a community grounded in inclusion, respect, and shared purpose.
