Samantha Leen of Lebanon Presents at Association for Psychological Science's meeting
WILLIMANTIC, CT (02/03/2012)(readMedia)-- Eastern Connecticut State University student Samantha (James) Leen '12 of Lebanon, majoring in cognitive neuroscience, will present at the 2012 Association for Psychological Science's (APS) meeting in Chicago, IL, in May.
Leen's poster, "The Effects of Color in Carbonated Beverages on Taste Perception," was based on a research hypothesis he formulated and tested. In addition to presenting her poster, Leen will also give an oral presentation at the APS meeting.
"I feel ecstatic about my research being accepted for the APS convention," said Leen. "I anticipate this being the first of many out-of-state conventions that I will attend throughout my professional career."
