New York Army National Guard Soldier Promoted
LATHAM, NY (09/08/2009)(readMedia)-- Maj. Gen. Joseph J. Taluto, The Adjutant General for the State of New York, announces the promotion of members of the New York Army National Guard in recognition of their capability for additional responsibility and leadership.
Brian Shaw from Schenectady, NY (postal code 12309) and serving with Company E (Forward Support Company, Infantry) 427th Brigade Support Battalion is promoted to the rank of Private 1st Class.
