New York Army National Guard Promotion

LATHAM, NY (08/20/2009)(readMedia)-- Maj. Gen. Joseph J. Taluto, The Adjutant General for the State of New York, announces the promotion of members of the New York Army National Guard in recognition of their capabilities for additional responsibility and leadership.
