New York Army National Guard Promotion
LATHAM, NY (08/20/2009)(readMedia)-- Maj. Gen. Joseph J. Taluto, The Adjutant General for the State of New York, announces the promotion of members of the New York Army National Guard in recognition of their capabilities for additional responsibility and leadership.
Sarah Valois from Schenectady, NY (postal code 12306) and serving with Joint Forces Headquarters is promoted to the rank of Captain.
