Sean Beebe awarded a Fulbright scholarship

GRANVILLE, OH (07/15/2011)(readMedia)-- The Fulbright Program has awarded recent Denison University graduate, Sean Beebe of St. Louis, (63122) a prestigious French Government English Teaching Assistantship in France. Beebe holds degrees in French and history from Denison. After his teaching assistantship, Beebe plans to enter a graduate program. He is one of six Denison students to be honored this year with a Fulbright scholarship.

The Fulbright Program was established in 1946, as an international education exchange program sponsored by the U.S. government. According to their website, the program is designed to "increase mutual understanding between the people of the United States and the people of other countries."
