New York Army National Guard Soldier Promoted
LATHAM, NY (10/21/2009)(readMedia)-- Maj. Gen. Joseph J. Taluto, The Adjutant General for the State of New York, announces the promotion of members of the New York Army National Guard in recognition of their capability for additional responsibility and leadership.
Kevin Williams from Selkirk, NY (postal code 12158) and serving with Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment, 501st Ordnance Battalion Eod is promoted to the rank of Sergeant 1st Class.
