He'll be sharing his expertise during a breakfast seminar "Developing the Next Generation of Leaders," sponsored by the S. Dale High Center for Family Business at Elizabethtown College on Thursday, May 10, from 8:15 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Susquehanna Room in Myer Hall on the college campus.
His presentation will provide key takeaways in the following areas: development programs for the next generation; evaluating high-potential leaders; what legacy leadership has meant to his business family; how leadership succession differs from generation to generation; and how he's managing his succession.
