Seth Parr receives award from Central Penn College

Central Penn College recently recognized seven individuals at the institution's annual Black History Month celebration on February 23, 2023. Seth Parr, a business administration major from Coatesville, Pa., was awarded the Ruby Bridges Award for Positivity.
