Shaohua "Linda" Pei receives Stuart D.B. Picken Memorial Grant and Full Scholarship from International Academic Forum

Shaohua "Linda" Pei, a doctoral student in the School of Education at Iowa State University, received the Stuart D.B. Picken Memorial Grant and Full Scholarship to support her attendance at the IAFOR International Conference on Education at Hawaii in January 2018.
