Silk receives two scholarships from ECU's Department of Education

Bailey Silk, right of Blanchard, received the Dr. Ronald D. and Estelle L. Evans Centennial Education Scholarship and the Ina Green Memorial Scholarship during the East Central University Department of Education's 2019 Spring Awards Luncheon. Pictured with Morgan is Dr. Phyllis Isaacs, associate professor of education. The Dr. Ronald and Estelle L. Evans Scholarship was established to assist students while attending ECU and the Ina Green Scholarship was established by Dr. Jack Green in honor of Mrs. Green, his grandmother.
