Silver Selected for Board of Directors of Statewide School Administration Association

ALBANY, NY (10/27/2008)(readMedia)-- The School Administrators Association of New York State (SAANYS) is pleased to announce that Dr. Lisa M. Silver has been selected to serve on its board of directors. Silver will represent SAANYS' Region 7 which includes Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Jefferson, Lewis, and St. Lawrence counties.

Silver, elementary principal in the Northern Adirondack Central School District in Ellenburg Depot, has served in several capacities in the education community for 20 years, five in her current position. She received her Ed.D. from Nova-Southeastern University. Prior to her position with NACS, Silver was employed with the Chazy Central and Allegany Limestone Central school districts.
