Singers, Whistlers and Yodelers Win State Fair Awards

DES MOINES, IA (08/18/2017) (readMedia)-- Yodelers, singers and whistlers took to the stage in Pioneer Hall Thursday for friendly competition at the 2017 Iowa State Fair.

The contest was part of "Rural Americana Olde Tyme Competitions" in Farm Bureau Pioneer Hall. A first prize of $5 and ribbons were awarded to each class.
