Six Golden Bears named to 2023 Women's Soccer Academic All-District Team

Bridget Curtis (Warrington, Pa./Central Bucks South), Skyler Jordan (Nazareth, Pa./Nazareth), Caroline McDonald (Exton, Pa./Downingtown East), Taylor Rapel (Phillipsburg, N.J./Phillipsburg), Joslyn Stoltz (Levittown, Pa./Calvary Christian Academy), and Dana Wentz (Lancaster, Pa./Conestoga Valley) of the Kutztown University women's soccer team were named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team, as announced by the organization Wednesday morning, Nov. 22.

The CSC Academic All-District teams recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom.

The six Golden Bears recognized matches the same number from last season. It's the second CSC Academic All-District nod for Curtis and Wentz, while it's the first for Jordan, McDonald, Rapel, and Stoltz. Wentz, Rapel, and Stoltz previously won D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award

Honorees advance to the Academic All-America ballot, which will be announced on December 20 for women's soccer.
