Smith receives Georgia Howell Limes Scholarship from ECU's Department of Education

Jackie Smith, right of Oklahoma City, received the Georgia Howell Limes Scholarship during the East Central University Department of Education's 2019 Spring Awards Luncheon. Pictured with Smith is Dr. Phyllis Isaacs, associate professor of education. The Georgia Howell Limes Scholarship was established in Mrs. Limes' honor and memory by her family.
