HAMDEN, CT (11/05/2009)(readMedia)-- Kailey Maher of South Burlington, Vt., a political science major at Quinnipiac University, presented a research paper at the Academy of International Business - Northeast Chapter meeting at the New York Institute of Technology, Oct. 1-4.
Maher presented the paper, "Business Students' Perception of Corporate Social Responsibilities: A Cross Cultural Comparison of France and Germany." Quinnipiac students Ehren Schneller of Friendsville, Pa. and Nick Alvanos of Feeding Hills, Mass. co-authored the paper with Maher.
The students, all part of Quinnipiac's European Union studies program, conducted their research and wrote the papers under the supervision of Mohammad Elahee, associate professor of international business at Quinnipiac.
The Academy of International Business (AIB) is the leading association of scholars and specialists in the field of international business.
