State Department Awards International Scholarship to Emily Davis

McKendree University junior Emily Davis will study at the National University of Ireland in Galway in spring 2018 as a recipient of a prestigious Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship, sponsored by the U.S. Department of State. The professional writing major will study the development of literature, take a class in Gaelic and learn how the English language's roots interconnect with other cultures.
