This successful summer movie series is shown on the "X-TREME" screen at the Gypsy Hill Park Bandstand.

PROGRAMS
Napkin Folding
You've seen them in fancy restaurants, admired them in the pages of decorating magazines, now come learn the art of napkin folding. Supply fee includes four good quality napkins and a set of illustrated diagrams of folds covered in the workshop.

Woodworking: English Garden Hurdle Fence
Make a traditional garden hurdle fence with traditional hand-tools and techniques from the Frontier Culture Museum. Hurdle fences were once handy farm tools, but today they make great garden decorations.

Open Hearth Cooking-The Love of Meat
Participants will learn to roast meat on a spit, to make a meat pie and to bake bread in a wood-fired oven. Lesson also includes preparation and cooking of garden produce.

Facebook Intensive
This class will explore using Facebook to your advantage as an individual, as an organization and as a sole proprietor/small business owner. Learn tips as to automate and simply your Facebook experience as well as case studies for its many uses.

Open Hearth Cooking-The Love of Oats
Participants learn the many ways oats can be prepared for eating. Learn to make oat cakes, and how they can be used with vegetable broths, colcannon, potato scones and other dishes.

Virginia Renaissance Faire
Discover the magic of the age of chivalry and romance as the Renaissance comes to life once again in Virginia. Dad & Me: Outdoor Rock Climbing
A vertical afternoon for Dad! Beginner rock climbing and rappelling in the George Washington National Forest with WILD GUYde Adventures. After a 20 minute hike, spend time getting acquainted with harnesses, knots, the belay system and then try ascending one or several rock routes to a beautiful view from above. Bring hiking footwear, lunch, snacks, water, camera and a daypack.
All technical equipment will be provided.

ATHLETICS
Instructional Youth Baseball
Instructional Baseball is sponsored by Staunton Parks and Recreation for youth ages 6-12 (ages based on May 1, 2010). Six year olds must have played one year of t-ball. There will be an approximate 12 game schedule with no playoffs.
Signups begin June 1, no late registrations will be permitted.
