Stephen Payne to be part of the U.S. Under-18 Men's National Soccer Team

Junior Stephen Payne has been selected to train at a 10-day camp at the U.S. Soccer National Training Center in Carson, California from April 4th to the 13th. Stephen is one of twenty-four soccer players on the U.S. Under-18 Men's National Team.
