Stephen Trimmel of Beltsville Awarded Roberts Family Financial Aid Endowment Scholarship

ST. MARY'S CITY, MD (01/06/2014)(readMedia)--  Stephen Trimmel, a Beltsville, Md., native and junior at St. Mary's College of Maryland, was recently awarded the Roberts Family Financial Aid Endowment.

At St. Mary's College of Maryland, Trimmel is studying biology and neuroscience. He hopes to become a doctor and inventor.

Outside of the classroom, Trimmel is a resident assistant and is a member of the Health Sciences Advisory Committee.

St. Mary's College of Maryland, designated the Maryland state honors college in 1992, is ranked one of the best public liberal arts schools in the nation by U.S. News & World Report. More than 2,000 students attend the college, nestled on the St. Mary's River in Southern Maryland.
