Students earn Student Government Association Awards

Several Alvernia students and registered student organizations earned Student Government Association awards for the 2021-22 academic year.

The Student Government Association (SGA) works to voice student concerns to both faculty and administration, build a solid foundation between the students and administration, provide active and diverse social atmosphere throughout the university community, and continuously support and fund student club and organization initiatives. SGA Awards are given to a registered student organization (RSO), an RSO president, an RSO advisor, a senator, an event, and an RSO dedicated to community service all of which were outstanding in their efforts to enhance the student body and community at Alvernia.
