Students from the area commissioned as second lieutenants

Four cadets were commissioned as second lieutenants in the U.S. Army Dec. 14 during the Army ROTC Winter Commissioning Ceremony at University of Wisconsin-Stout. UW-Stout, UW-Eau Claire and UW-River Falls comprise the Northwoods Battalion in northern Wisconsin. ROTC stands for Reserve Officers' Training Corps.
