Sunny Side Up Results for Waukee Cook in Fair Egg Contest

DES MOINES, IA (08/18/2017) (readMedia)-- Renee Gibson of Waukee won First Place Overall and a $300 cash award in the Egg-Ceptional Eggs Cooking Contest, judged Wednesday at the 2017 Iowa State Fair.

Susie Jones of Waukee earned Second Place Overall and $200. Julie Petersen of Knoxville claimed Third Place and $100.

Entries were judged on flavor, appearance, presentation, texture and ease of preparation.
