Teacher Preparation Students Inducted into Kappa Delta Pi

The college installed its first class of inductees in the Alpha Iota Omega chapter of Kappa Delta Pi recently.

KDP is the international honor society for students studying education and was founded in 1911 to foster excellence and promote fellowship among those dedicated to teaching.

The new college chapter hopes to build a strong sense of community spirit and aims to participate in several upcoming charitable events, including a holiday food drive and the Thanksgiving meal preparation. Advisors are faculty member Christine Saxe and Department Chairperson Antoinette M. Howard.
