Share a minute with Veteran Joseph Dutcher

GLOVERSVILLE, NY (11/08/2016)(readMedia)-- Nathan Littauer Hospital is a Gold Sponsor of the Johnstown Community Health Center's event, "Notes From Home: A Veteran's Story." Joseph Dutcher, CRNA, a nurse anesthetist at Littauer served as a Captain in the US Army. He completed two tours of duty, one in the mountains of Afghanistan, the other in Iraq. Throughout his deployment he was frequently first on the scene as a medic.

WHO:

Dutcher is truly the new face of the American Veteran. He will presenting to local Veteran's on a variety of issues, including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. He has many poignant, personal experiences to share based upon his military tours of duty.

WHAT:

Littauer is sponsoring the event in conjunction with the Johnstown Community Health Center. It takes place Friday, Nov. 11, 9 a.m. in Johnstown’s historic St. John’s Episcopal Church. A free breakfast for Veterans begins at 9 a.m. Joseph Dutcher will speak at approximately 9:45. Assemblyman Mark Butler will share some words, and the event will conclude with a city-wide Veteran’s ceremony in the Johnstown city park adjacent to the breakfast location.
