Fox III, P.E., of Blossvale, recently joined the faculty at Mohawk Valley Community College, where he is teaching Civil Engineering Technology classes.Fox holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering Technology from SUNY IT. He is a member of the International Code Council (ICC) and the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
