Theresa Kedinger Receives Three Ripon College Awards
RIPON, WI (05/06/2010)(readMedia)-- Theresa Kedinger, a senior majoring in Spanish and global studies from Fond du Lac, Wis., was named the recipient of the 2010 Global Studies Achievement Award, the 2010 Deans' Award, and the 2010 Student Leadership Award during a ceremony held April 21, 2010 at Ripon College
The Global Studies Achievement Award recognizes superior work in global studies courses and the ability to help the campus and community understand the peoples and issues that comprise our increasingly interdependent world. The recipient receives a cash award and inscribed copy of The Dictionary of Global Culture.
The Deans' Award recognizes a senior who demonstrates scholarship, leadership, positive character and service to the College.
The Student Leadership Award recognizes student leaders who exhibit dependability, dedication, service to the campus and outstanding leadership qualities.
Kedinger is the daughter of Mrs. Jean Kedinger of Fond du Lac, Wis.
