Thruway Authority Announces Pavement Repairs Near Interchange 44 (Canandaigua)
Eastbound Motorists May Experience Moderate Delays
ALBANY, NY (11/02/2009)(readMedia)-- The New York State Thruway Authority today announced pavement repair work near Interchange 44 (Canandaigua) will necessitate daily lane closures in the right eastbound lane beginning at 7 a.m. on Wednesday, November 4, 2009, weather permitting.
On Wednesday, November 4 and Thursday, November 5, from 7 a.m. until 2 p.m., pavement repairs will take place in the right eastbound lane from milepost 349.5 to milepost 348.0.
During this project, motorists may experience moderate delays. Moderate delays means that motorists' travel times could be delayed 5 to 20 minutes longer than normal time.
The Authority appreciates motorists' patience and understanding while this important improvement project takes place.
