Top Honors Awarded in Iowa State Fair Dorset Sheep Show

DES MOINES, IA (08/24/2015)(readMedia)-- Hoskins Stock Farm earned top honors in the Dorset Sheep Show judged Wednesday at the 2015 Iowa State Fair. The Jefferson farm claimed the Champion and Reserve Champion Ewe banners, as well as the Champion Ram while also winning first place in the Premier Exhibitor contest.

Triple K Farms of Brookings, S.D. exhibited the Reserve Champion Ram and earned third place in the Premier Exhibitor contest.

Dennis Loenser of Geneseo, Ill. earned second place Premier Exhibitor.

The Premier Exhibitor award is presented to the exhibitor earning the highest point total in individual classes of competition.
