Gifts to the homeless on Christmas Eve

ALBANY, NY (12/23/2015)(readMedia)-- This year Children who will not have a home for Christmas will recieve a homestyle Christmas they will never forget.

First stop St. Ann's 8 P.M. 25 girls will recieve 26 gifts each many of these girls have had a hard time in life. This will be the 16th year of giving gifts to these girls. This year each girl will recieve a computer tablet and many more unique gifts. Many volunteers will spend there Christmas Eve sharing Christmas with these girls.

Then at 9:30 P.M. the trolley will head to St Catharines in Albany to give 22 Children bags filled with special Christmas Gifts. This is the Second year of giving these children Christmas.

Then at 10:30 the trolley will arive at the Schuyler Inn in Menands to give Christmas to 91 children who are living at the Hotel. Each child will recieve a bag filled with gifts and stockings filled with candy.

For the last month Victory Christian Church has been preparing for this huge night of sharing Christmas with homeless children.

The night starts at Victory Church Colonie 1312 Central Ave. At 6:30 P.M. there will be a Christmas Eve Service then at 7:30 P.M. after service many volunteers will load the anti violence trolley to travil to all locations to share Christmas with the children.

Every stop will have children waiting for the gifts to arive.
