Tulsa's Rebekah Byrd recipient of two scholarships, one award at East Central University

Rebekah Byrd, second from left of Tulsa, was the recipient of the Bridges-Burke Social Work Scholarship and the Higginbotham Family Department Scholarship at East Central University's recent Department of Human Resources Awards and Recognitions Program. Byrd also received the Social Work Student of the Year Award.
