ALBANY, NY (06/29/2010)(readMedia)-- The New York State Thruway Authority has announced that all lanes are open on northbound I-95 (New England Thruway) at Exit 16 (New Rochelle, North Ave., Cedar St.), near milepost 6.0. Lanes had been blocked due to an earlier accident.

Motorists should expect slow traffic and extended delays.
