USC Aiken, McGrath Learning Center Extend Partnership

AIKEN, SC (06/02/2018) The University of South Carolina Aiken extends its partnership with the McGrath Computer Learning Center, Inc., for another two years.

Dr. Sandra Jordan, chancellor, and Wayne Rickman, chairman of the board of directors for the McGrath Computer Learning Center, signed a memorandum of understanding that outlines the partnership, which now officially runs through June 30, 2020.

The two entities have developed "a strategic alliance to offer technical training in computers, tablets, telephones and similar devices to adults in Aiken, S.C.," according to the agreement.

For many years, McGrath Computer Learning Center has provided these valuable services on the USC Aiken campus to area citizens. McGrath's volunteer faculty develop curricula and provide associated instruction.
