USC Upstate Awards Eb and Maggie Barnes

USC Upstate recently announced that Lorraine Maxey is the 2013-2014 recipient of the Eb and Maggie Barnes Memorial Scholarship, which was created and awarded for the first time in 2003 in celebration of the life and work of Dr. Eb Barnes, former coordinator of USC Upstate Greenville Campus, and his wife, Maggie.
