Coming off its sixth NCAA Tournament championship round appearance last spring, expectations are high for the 2017 University of Wisconsin-Whitewater baseball team, which begins its season with a doubleheader this Thursday against St. Thomas (Minn.) at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.
