STAUNTON, VA (11/09/2010)(readMedia)-- Below are the approaching classes offered in the Fall/Winter 2010 Department Brochure from the City of Staunton's Parks and Recreation Department. The purpose of this bi-monthly press release is to spread the word about our various program, trip, athletic services and activities available to the community.
TRIPS
- Short Pump & Trader Joe's in Richmond
Get your Holiday shopping done early this year. With over 200 stores to explore, this open air 2 story shopping center has it all, from Nordstrom's to Crate & Barrel. Afterward, we'll head to Trader Joe's to peruse their ever unusual, unconventional and interesting products. From guacamole to Greek chicken to low calorie lemonade- they've got it all at great prices!

The Bizarre Bazaar 35th Christmas Show in Richmond
This show has four exhibition buildings filled with fabulous unique gifts for everyone on your list! A beautiful holiday marketplace with 500 juried exclusive exhibitors and more than 100 new exhibitors only seen at the Bizarre Bazaar.

Napkin Folding
You see them in fancy restaurants, admire them in decorating magazines, now learn the art of napkin folding. Master a host of folds, formal and informal, incredibly easy to mildly challenging.

Edible Arrangements
Be the hostess with the mostest with these beautiful edible arrangements made of fruit, vegetables and desserts! Learn how to make these dual purposeful treats just in time fore the holidays and be the spotlight of the party. All participants will take home a small arrangement made during class.

Tickets: $15 in advance/$20 at the door. Tickets can be purchased at the Staunton Recreation Department or at Booker T. Washington Community Center.
All proceeds to benefit the All Girl Conference in April 2011.
