Velarde Receives Higginbotham Scholarship at ECU

Bridges Velarde, right of Sulphur, was the recipient of the Higginbotham Geography-Geotechniques Scholarship during East Central University's College of Health and Science Awards Banquet this past spring. Presenting Velarde with the award is Eric Howard, instructor of environmental science.
