Victoria Glass Presented With Dr. R. Bowen Hardesty and R. Bowen Hardesty Jr. Award at FSU

Victoria Glass, who recently earned her Master of Education in Literacy Education degree at Frostburg State University, has been selected as the recipient of the Dr. R. Bowen Hardesty and R. Bowen Hardesty Jr. Award, which was presented during FSU's University Graduate and Departmental Honors Convocation.
