WKCTC Remembers Kam Chumbler with Basketball Game February 24

Game Against Elizabethtown Team Follows Kam Challenge

MEDIA ADVISORY - PADUCAH, KY (02/19/2018) West Kentucky Community and Technical College will again recognize one of its own with this year's Kam Challenge basketball game at 2 p.m. February 24 in the college's Haws Gym.

The Kam Challenge is in memory West Kentucky Stars basketball player and high school basketball star, Kam Chumbler who died tragically in 2015. Many of his former teammates and coaches play in the annual game each year to continue to celebrate Chumbler's life and the legacy he left behind.

Following the Kam Challenge, the 2017-18 West Kentucky Stars, the basketball team at WKCTC, will play against Elizabethtown Community and Technical College (ECTC) beginning at 4 p.m.

Admission for both the Kam Challenge and the ECTC game is $6 for adults and $3 for students and WKCTC staff and faculty. Children 8 and under are admitted free.
