PADUCAH, KY (02/23/2018) Many people across the country continue to unite for the #MarshallStrong movement to show continued encouragement and love for Marshall County and the victims of the January 23 shooting at the high school. On February 28, West Kentucky Community and Technical College will host a forum to provide a time to listen, a time to ask questions, and a time to seek comfort.

Brooke Sisco, professional counselor and survivor of the 1997 Heath High School shooting, will be leading "#MarshallStrong: Hope and Healing" from 11 a.m. to noon in the college's Matheson Library Reading Room. Teams from Love on a Leash dog therapy group will also be on campus during the forum to provide comfort and support.

WKCTC's Student Government Association will have a card-making and sign-making station at the event to offer students, faculty, staff and community members the opportunity to send words of hope and healing to the Marshall County community.
