Westport resident William Hardy elected Student Government Association Chief of Finance at Connecticut College
NEW LONDON, CT (04/26/2012)(readMedia)-- William Hardy, a sophomore at Connecticut College, has been elected chief of finance of the Student Government Association (SGA) for the 2012-2013 academic year.
Hardy, a 2010 graduate of Staples High School, is the son of James and Anne Hardy of Westport.
The SGA considers issues and formulates policies in areas primarily or exclusively involving the student body at Connecticut College and seeks to extend channels of communication, increase areas of cooperation and foster a greater acceptance of shared responsibility between faculty, administration and students.
