Wheaton College (Ill.) Jack Bates received Second Team All-CCIW honors for football

Senior Jack Bates earned Second Team All-CCIW honors on the defensive line.

Bates made 6.5 tackles for loss this season (-19 yards), including four quarterback sacks (-13 yards).

Wheaton College sponsors 21 varsity sports, and Thunder teams compete at the NCAA Division III level. The Thunder Athletics program has won five NCAA Division III Championships since 1984, and Wheaton student-athletes have won 31 Division III individual National Championships all-time.
